The company's management is headed by Chief Faysal Harb as the Managing Director he is ably assisted by Edo Asemota - General Manager, in the team are the Financial Controller and Contract/Project MANAGER.
The Management is supported by an array of professionals and expatriates of varied nationalities - with experience working in other major construction companies before joining BULLETINE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED.

Managing Director
Chief Faysai Harb a civil engineer by training is the Managing Director of the company; he has an accomplished Career with Deen-mark Nig Ltd where he rose to the position of project Manager before he left in 1988 to set up Bulletine Construction Company limited. The Company has recorded consistent growth under his visionary leadership. He is the driving force behind the Company.
Edo Asemota
General Manager
Mr. Edo Asemota holds a higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying he is a member of NIQS. He has over 20 year cognate experience working with Hiltop Nig. Ltd. Contraction Co. Nig. Ltd. And Deen-Mark Nig. Ltd. among others. He is the pioneer General Manager of Bulletine Construction Co. Ltd and has remained in the position to date .
Roland Harb
Director of Operations
Roland Harb is a seasoned operations leader with a strong academic foundation and over a decade of experience driving strategic and operational excellence. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Roland developed a solid grounding in organizational strategy, financial planning, and team leadership. He further advanced his expertise with a Master of Science in Program & Project Management, equipping him with the tools to lead complex initiatives, manage risk, and drive innovation in fast-paced environments.
Mitchel Harb
Director of Administration and Finance
Mitchel Harb holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Organizational Management and a Master’s degree in International Business and Strategy. As Director of Administration and Finance, he is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and financial goals, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency across all departments.
Simon Harb
Director of Logistics
Simon Harb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Finance, along with a Master of Science in Programme and Project Management, with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects. He combines financial acumen with structured project management expertise to deliver large-scale construction projects on time and within budget. Simon is experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
ENGR. AKINSANYA JULIUS ADESOJI (FNSE, FNICE, FNIHTE)
Lead Engineer
Engr. Akinsanya Julius Adesoji is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over two decades of experience in road and building infrastructure across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. Joining BULLETINE Construction Company Limited in 2004, he has supervised numerous landmark projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest engineering standards. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers, and the Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transport Engineers, and a registered member of COREN.
